What happens after you enquire

A written reply within two business days. By email. There is no autoresponder sequence, no discovery call to book and no sales deck.
If you asked for the free snapshot: we run your one buyer question across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, and Gemini, then send back what each said, who they cited instead of you, and whether anything here is worth paying for.
If you asked about the audit or a programme: we confirm the scope, the price ($2,500 + GST fixed for the audit; a stated monthly figure inside the published range for a programme) and a start date, in writing. Nothing is booked until you reply yes.
If it isn't a fit, we say so. Some categories have no meaningful AI answer volume yet, and some businesses are better served by their existing agency. We will tell you which. We never pass your details to anyone without asking you first.
