What we collect
Only what you type into an enquiry form: brand, website, work email, the buyer question you want tested, and an optional marketing spend band. If analytics is enabled we collect anonymised usage data with IP anonymisation on.
The free check tool
The tool at /check/ runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type or paste into it is transmitted to us or stored anywhere.
What we do with it
Answer your enquiry. We do not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties for their marketing, and we do not add enquirers to a mailing list without a separate opt-in.
Agency referrals
If we cannot service an enquiry and think another agency can, we will ask your permission first and name the agency before passing anything on. Details are never passed without that consent.
Access, correction and complaints
Use the contact form to see, correct or delete what we hold. Unresolved complaints can go to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
